We aim to maintain a clean, fragrance-free environment for client comfort. Please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, scented lotions, or fragranced deodorant to your appointment. Thank you for helping us provide a comfortable and welcoming space for everyone.
Caitlin Rose Health requires at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Clients arriving within 5 minutes of their scheduled appointment time will still receive their full treatment. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes but no more than 10 minutes late will have 5 minutes deducted from their treatment time.
Clients arriving 11–14 minutes late may receive a shortened treatment based on the remaining appointment time and will remain responsible for the full scheduled service price.
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time will forfeit the appointment and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing fever, flu-like symptoms, a contagious illness, active infection, unexplained rash, or other symptoms that could affect the safety of treatment. Caitlin Rose Health reserves the right to postpone or discontinue a treatment when illness or another health concern is present. The applicable cancellation policy may apply when adequate notice is not provided.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information and notifying Caitlin Rose Health of any changes in their health, medications, recent procedures, injuries, or medical conditions before each treatment.
Lymphatic drainage, body gua sha, massage, and red-light therapy may not be appropriate for certain conditions. Treatment may be modified, postponed, or declined when a contraindication is present. Medical clearance may be required before services can be provided.
Caitlin Rose Health does not provide massage or lymphatic drainage treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy, before 13 weeks.
Clients who are 13 weeks pregnant or later must disclose their pregnancy before treatment. Services will be appropriately modified for comfort and safety, and medical clearance may be requested when there are pregnancy complications, a high-risk pregnancy, or other health concerns.
Postpartum clients must disclose their delivery date, type of delivery, complications, and any current medical restrictions. Medical clearance may be required following a cesarean delivery, complicated birth, or other medical procedure.
Postoperative treatments are supportive wellness services and are not a substitute for postoperative medical care. Clients must disclose the procedure performed, date of surgery, treating surgeon, complications, drains, incisions, infections, medications, and all postoperative instructions.
Approval from the treating surgeon or qualified medical provider may be required before treatment. Caitlin Rose Health will not work directly over open incisions, active infections, suspected blood clots, uncontrolled swelling, or any area that appears medically unsafe.
Any signs of infection, blood clot, seroma, wound separation, breathing difficulty, unusual pain, or another potential complication must be evaluated by the client's medical provider. Caitlin Rose Health does not diagnose or treat surgical complications.
All services provided by Caitlin Rose Health are strictly therapeutic and nonsexual. Appropriate draping and professional boundaries will be maintained throughout every treatment.
Sexual comments, requests, gestures, exposure, harassment, threatening conduct, or other inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the appointment. The client will remain responsible for 100% of the scheduled service price and may be refused future service.
Clients are encouraged to communicate their preferences regarding pressure, positioning, temperature, areas of focus, and overall comfort. Clients may request that a technique be modified or stopped at any time.
Caitlin Rose Health may also modify or discontinue a treatment if continuing would be unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the practitioner's professional scope.
Responses to lymphatic drainage, body gua sha, massage, and red-light therapy vary by individual. Specific outcomes cannot be promised or guaranteed.
Temporary responses may include tenderness, fatigue, increased urination, mild redness, or sensitivity. Body gua sha may also cause temporary redness or visible marks. Clients should report unusual, severe, or persistent symptoms to an appropriate medical provider.
Services provided by Caitlin Rose Health are intended to support relaxation, circulation, lymphatic wellness, recovery, and general well-being. They are not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a physician or other qualified healthcare provider.
Caitlin Rose Health does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or alter a client's medical treatment. Clients should consult their healthcare provider regarding medical concerns and follow all instructions provided by their physician or surgeon.
Clients must disclose medications, supplements, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities that may cause photosensitivity before receiving red-light therapy. Eye protection will be provided or recommended when appropriate.
Red-light therapy may be modified or omitted when a contraindication or safety concern is present. Results vary, and no specific medical or cosmetic result is guaranteed.
Caitlin Rose Health does not accept clients under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by a parent. The parent must complete or sign all required consent documentation and remain onsite for the duration of the appointment.
Payment is due at the time services are provided unless otherwise arranged. Clients are responsible for all applicable cancellation, no-show, and late-forfeiture fees.
Treatment packages are nontransferable and nonrefundable once purchased, except where otherwise required by law. Gift cards are nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by California law. Promotional offers may be subject to their stated conditions.
Personal and health information provided to Caitlin Rose Health will be handled with care and used for scheduling, communication, treatment planning, recordkeeping, payment processing, and other legitimate business purposes.
Information will not be shared with another person, physician, surgeon, or business without the client's permission unless disclosure is required or permitted by law. Information collected through this website is addressed separately in the Privacy Policy.
Caitlin Rose Health reserves the right to refuse, modify, postpone, or discontinue a treatment whenever necessary to protect the health, safety, comfort, or professional boundaries of the client or practitioner.
Reasons may include illness, intoxication, medical contraindications, unsafe conditions, inaccurate or withheld health information, inappropriate conduct, harassment, threatening behavior, or failure to follow studio policies. Services will always be provided without unlawful discrimination.

Health intake information and session notes are used only to deliver safe, appropriate treatment. They are never sold, rented, or disclosed for marketing, and are not disclosed to anyone without written authorization except where the law requires. Paper records are kept secured; electronic records are access-controlled. Records are retained for [SEVEN YEARS — CONFIRM] after a client's last visit, then destroyed.
Caitlin Rose Health does not sell personal information and has not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding twelve months.
